Tradiency App Cookie Notice

1. Current position

The Tradiency App currently uses cookies required to authenticate members, maintain secure sessions, protect authenticated routes, and support abuse prevention during authentication. These technologies are treated as Strictly Necessary because the requested member application cannot operate securely without them.

The App does not currently use the public website's optional Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Whop marketing-pixel configuration inside the authenticated dashboard.

2. Supabase authentication cookies

Tradiency uses Supabase authentication infrastructure for member sign-in and session management. Supabase authentication cookies are used to identify and maintain authenticated session state between your browser and the Tradiency App.

Purpose

Sign-in state, secure session maintenance, session refresh or validation, authenticated-route protection, and removal of stale or invalid authentication state.

Duration

Depends on the current authentication session, token lifecycle, and Supabase authentication configuration. Session information may be rotated or replaced during normal authentication refresh.

3. Cloudflare Turnstile

Tradiency uses Cloudflare Turnstile on protected authentication flows to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and challenge information and may use necessary challenge state while the authentication request is being verified.

This security processing is used for authentication abuse prevention and is not used by Tradiency as an advertising or behavioural-marketing tracker.

4. Why there is no optional-cookie banner in the App

The cookies described above are required to provide secure authentication or protect authentication flows. Tradiency therefore does not present an Accept or Reject control solely for these necessary technologies.

If optional analytics, marketing, advertising, session-replay, or similar non-essential browser technologies are added to app.tradiency.com in future, Tradiency will review the applicable consent requirements before activating them and will update this notice where required.

5. Technologies not currently used for optional tracking

The authenticated Tradiency dashboard is not currently configured to use:

• Google Analytics 4;
• the public website's Google Tag Manager marketing container;
• the public website's Whop conversion-tracking pixel;
• advertising pixels or cross-site advertising identifiers; or
• third-party session-replay services.

Private journal text, trade profit or loss, screenshots, search text, and trading records are not sent by the current App to a generic third-party behavioural analytics SDK.

6. Clearing App cookies

You can remove App cookies through your browser's privacy or site-data controls. Doing so may sign you out, invalidate the current session, require a new authentication flow, or cause necessary session state to be recreated when you next sign in.

7. Personal data processed through the App

This notice deals only with cookies and related browser technologies. The Tradiency App separately processes account, authentication, trading, journal, evidence, review, and security information where those features are used. The master Privacy Policy explains that processing, its purposes and lawful bases, recipients, retention approach, and applicable privacy rights.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this notice if the App's authentication system, cookie behaviour, security providers, or browser technologies change.
